Membership in OHOA is open to all Homeowner Associations (HOAs) in Sun City West. Dues are $5.00 per homeowner unit per calendar year, with a maximum of $135.00 per association. If your organization is small, for example, 10 units, your total association dues are $50.00 per year. If your association has 27 units/homeowners OR MORE, your total association dues would be $135.00 per year.
Dues are payable by January 1st and cover the entire calendar year (please note that OHOA activities run from October through April). There is no proration or refund of dues at this time.
