The paper trail must include a single document listing a dated chronological sequence of events taken by the individual Association to resolve the complaint. This dated sequence of events should not include details, merely refer to separate documents furnished.

An Association Officer must present all documentation to the OHOA office in the PORA building after the attempts by the individual Association have failed to resolve the violation. The OHOA Officer will review the completeness of the documentation prior to referring the unresolved violation to the PORA CC&R office for assistance.
The PORA office of the CC&R’s is always willing to give any Association Officer advice concerning the pending resolution of a violation. The PORA office of the CC&R’s will encourage conversation between the parties involved during the individual Associations ongoing investigation. The CC&R department is available to consult with either party to help develop a compatible resolution.
The CC&R office hours in the PORA building are Mon – Fri, 9 AM to Noon.
